Fellow Sailors-

We don't have to remind you that Perry Yacht Club is a GREAT group of people, but remember our members are also potential customers, referrals and local connections for your business! Many of us think of the club as a weekend home away from home, a welcome respite from every day cares and responsibilities. We are enthusiastic about continuing the tradition of sailing on with the new generation of sailors. Perry Lake has earned a reputation as the best place to sail in the region, and you are part of the reason!

Please consider either a donation or advertising for our Commodores Cup 2016 Regatta. You can also take this opportunity to show your support of youth sailing as a family with a personal ad in the Regatta program this year. Any monies we make after expenses go right back into the club’s Youth Sailing Program.

Please consider the following:

First Mate Sponsor Level: $250 Logo on Regatta T-shirt; 1 t-shirt or regatta banquet pass, Full page black & white ad in Regatta program; year-long ad on the PYC website Sponsor page

Crew Sponsor Level: $100 Half-page black & white ad in Regatta program; Year-long ad on the PYC website Sponsor page

Deck Hand Sponsor Level: $50 Quarter page black & white ad in Regatta program; Year-long ad on the PYC website Sponsor page

In addition to, or in lieu of cash donations, we would gladly accept business cards, literature, shopping bags, small giveaway items for our racer’s packets or gift items for our silent auction. This year marks the 35th anniversary of the Commodores Cup, our annual Championship Regatta. Sailors have traditionally come from local and surrounding states to sail and race at Perry Lake every Labor Day weekend. On average we have over 30 boats and crew participating in Commodore’s Cup that is held over two days-this year September 3rd and 4th, 2016.

Please let us know if there are any questions regarding our event, sponsorship or donations. Our enthusiastic volunteers would be happy to assist with any regatta information and coordinate pickup of donations or auction items. We look forward to your participation and willingness to support one of the best Youth Sailing programs in the greater Kansas City area!
