PYC BBQ Competition
Open to all PYC members - smoking starts Friday with judging and feasting taking place on Saturday. To participate you need to bring your own fire (wood/charcoal), smoker/grill (PYC does have a couple of Weber grills, anything else you'll need to bring), and meat (or non-meat).
